It gives lots of other alternatives you can try to suggest to your doctor's as therapy treatments for you. It also shows a lot of things you should test for to try to diagnose you. My doctor even ended up buying it after I brought it to one of my appointments! I found out I actually have pelvic floor dysfunction that causes my vulvodynia..
