4.5 stars; no sequelitis here! Gern Blanston The Junkyard Dogs face a new foe in The Scrapyard. Honestly, it's like the place is a character itself. Our intrepid heroes use their smarts and moxie to hold their own again, only this time the bad guys are bigger and badder. Luckily the Dogs have new allies of their own!Loved this; Mr. Nolte has an ingenious concept in both the federation junkyard and the title Veritian derel. .5 stars; no sequelitis here! Overall it isn't a too bad book. However I found it a very slow paced book, and unfortunately found myself skipping pages just to get past endless dialogue.. Well paced action The first book of the trilogy developed interesting characters, along with an interesting plot. This second book leveraged the already well developed characters, with another interesting storyline, making the book richer and more enjoyable! Can't wait for the conclusion ! Well done so far!
