A hot mess I had the hardest time rating this book. Mainly because I could not decide whether it was supposed to read as a parody of the old bodice rippers, or whether it actually was meant to be taken seriously. If this was meant to be a bit goofy, then that’s one thing. However, if this was supposed to be a serious a. Disappointed! Kelli Maybe I am harsh but this book was not for me. I read all the time and I was very disappointed. The repeating of character appearances over and over was very boring and made the book move at such a slow going me nowhere pace. Not til the last 20% was there any plot. What I was hoping to be an exciting read turn ou. Amazon Customer said Loved it!.
