Read it some time ago and then purchased this one as a gift. There is so much in it. The musicals and movies have just the highlights of the story. The Phantom, a grotesque example of Romantic thriller literature, is not my favorite book. But if you want to read it, this is the cheapest paperback you will find anywhere.
