What I enjoyed about this book was that the authors provide excellent descriptions and explanations of eye movement disorders. The explanations of why these disorders occur provided me with a depth of understanding that I did not have prior to reading this book. The chapters . A Customer said Worthwhile update and great CD. This new edition of The Neurology of Eye Movements is well worth the wait. The addition of the CD is significant and the videos on it are well-done and clearly visible. You can read all you want about oscillopsias (or other clinical disorders), but until you see one with the text nearby, it's just not clear. Well done.. very sophisticated This text is very sophisticated. I got lost in the details of it, and ended up returning. I think its beyond my level right now. Probably for someone who is toward the end of their Neurology or opthomolgy residency would highly benefit. Otherwise, its really brilliant,very in depth text.
