Very good read Very useful source on a topic that is hard to find information on nowadays. Thorough and detailed exploration while still written in an accessible way. Very happy to have this in my library.. Excellent resource D. Spence As a chemistry teacher working on smelting experiments for my classes I found this book an excellent resource. I was easy to read, and had experimental data from a number of sources.. Four Stars great reference. very detailed. if you plan on smelting iron from ore this is the best reference out there.
