Excellent Book I bought this book hoping that it would help eliviate alot of joint pain I have. Yes, it did exactly that, and I've been very faithfully using it for a few years now. Dr. McGill give alot of very do-able stretches that take very little time, but make a huge difference in how I feel for the rest of the day. Still, it's filled with good, practical advice and exercises. I find it very useful when I'm suffering from neck tension and headaches. I've always been leery of chiropractic, so I put this book off even though I've owned it for years. But there's nothing to be hesitant about -- it's all exa. Easy-to-understand directions for helpful daily stretches. This book contains many really good stretches that help alleviate pain and some which help to get you going in the morning. The author made all the written directions very clear and easy to follow. The photos are also very helpful. I've been using these stretches for several months, and enjoy them.
