Meera said Great Overview of Many Diff Spa Modalities. This book covers a multitude of different treatments and techniques used in a spa setting (and which a therapist can incorporate into their private practice). Topics include: aromatherapy, wraps, Ayurveda, energy work, hot & cold stones, reflexology, and more. I really appreciated the information for working on a cruise ship as I haven't seen this available in other resources.. "Gives detail information of the beneficial factor of the techniques." according to Annette Bynum. I purchased it with continuing education in mind. The material was in regards to the beneficial effects of the treatments listed. I am interested in techniques.
