DESCRIPTION:
Buy the 3rd edition instead! MBHH The beginning of this Sum & Substance is great -- Steven Finz is entertaining, speaks clearly, and gives memorable examples. He's a real character, which I guess might rub some the wrong way, but I thought he was fantastic. Professor Finz died part way through recording this edition of the CDs and was replaced by Lawrence Levine, who has a monotone voice that is slowly putting me to sleep. He isn't bad, but after starting out with Professor Finz, the switch was a big letdown. Torts really hasn't changed that much since Professor . Hilarious and Great Study Aid Matthew I loved his Queens accent and his great presentation. It is informative covering all the possible torts in a straight forward sometimes hilarious manner. It is comprehensive overview and easy to understand presentation. I highly recommend this to anyone studying Tort law. I almost never had to open the textbook and received an easy A. You can't go wrong buying this Sum and Substance Torts. I also recommend Sum and Substance Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law by Dreasler.. I do like Finz! R. H. Professor Finz passed away and does not complete this audio. The guy who comes in did not impress me as much as Finz did.I would suggest a Gilbert's Law Summary and a Case Brief Book to get up to speed on Torts though. The less "stuff" you have for any subject, the more time you can invest in using what you do have. The trick is to discover what you need and what you do not.If you are studying for a class final, go to the library and look over old exams to see the issues you will be tested on, then use all the resources you need t
