Abyssal said Good kids' book. I loved this book when I was a kid. Good information abounds alongside interesting art. The life size images of claws and skulls really help you get a good idea of the scale of these animals, whether small (Velociraptor) or large (Utahraptor). It's a shame, though, that the illustrator lacked the foresight to restore the "raptors" with feathe. This book is very cool! This book portrays raptors the way they are meant to be: agile and viscious. As well, this book is very informative, and very well illustrated. I learned alot about the unnamed giant raptor species of Asia, and it's the only book I've ever that mentions Utahraptors,(other than Raptor Red by Dr. Robert T. Bakker). -Sarah M. Silverman
