"Information overload!" according to Tara. This book is basically a giant meta-analysis of research conducted on macro and micronutrients. Good for referencing, but I just don't care for the writing style.. Information overload, but useful. I really like the kindle version of this book. Of any textbook, this one is perfect for an e-reader. The material is in research article text/format, so it does not read like a regular textbook.The information is very thorough, and provides great detail behind many major components of nutrition. The m. "Thorough Text" according to Amber. I haven't used this book much, but paging through and looking at the index, I know I will find it very useful as a reference for my graduate education and in my the clinical aspect of my profession after graduation.
