I didn't even use the textbook for learning those estates (just used textbooks practice problems after learning it here).This book is a lifesaver if you're confused with those sections in your Property class.*You will need to put in a little effort (if you give one whole weekend of solid work, then you can cover everything in this book and leave the book with a firm understanding of its contents).Lots of practice problem. "Five Stars" according to Mela. The book is easy to understand and it contains plenty of exercises!
