Not easy to understand or apply I am open to the ideas set out in this book, and it appears that Dr. Stone had deep insights into the subtle energies that aid in the manifestation and functioning of the physical body, however, most readers will have difficulty making use of the information in this book especially if they are looking for techniques that they can make use of themselves, i.e., without the assistance of another person.
