Operations Management/Knod-Schonberger I just completed my MSOM from Univerity of Arkansas. Recently I found "Operations Management by Knob and Schonberger at the local library. It would have been nice to find this book about a year ago. The book is well written and breaks down each aspect of the operations management field in depth. It goes from defining the Foundation of OM, Master Planning and Demands, Customer Servi. "Great Quality well in time" according to Tabrez. The book was in mint condition, I guess they always deliver books with better quality than they actually say they would. :)The book arrived well in time, I must say the seller is very quick with shipping. I am happy with this purchase.
