DESCRIPTION:
Typical SAP sort of explains half the topics It's questionable if adequate. Topics are vaguely covered, probably better material if you were completely in tune with the concepts from the SAP system development point of view rather then the mechanics of getting a system to truely work on the ground. Disappointed in the book. Felt it could of had more practical discussions of the new GL features to practical scenarios.. Good book - expensive like all theothers from SAP Press Tom Gray This book had a good amount of technical information but is geared more to understanding the New GL instead of "how to" setting it up. More examples with options would make this book better. The price is high but that is usual for SAP Press. I would recommend the book for beginner to intermediate level FI consultants but advise others to buy it used if possible for a lower price.
