DESCRIPTION:

""Wrong" illustrations make the book" according to me. This is a cute book but not one that I would die to get.The best part for me is the fact that I once went to a seminar by the author and he told of how he and the illustrator never got to meet to discuss the picture beforehand. He had envisioned Granny on a "hog" as in a motorcycle, not the animal. With that in mind, the illustrations are just too funny and the book is fine for younger kids.. I liked it. When nana rides into town, many things happen. In this book you follow a little girl's nana through town on her "hog". Incidences such as the "Three sisters trike shop" give this book alot of humor. I give this book a ***** rating and would give more if it was allowed. Nana is like a "60 year old 20 year old". Of course, since I know the illustrator I would have to be partial, but I think illustration mkes the book;). DrNana said my grandson liked it. My "my grandson liked it" according to DrNana. My 2 year old grandson liked the story about the nana riding a pig. Wish there were as many nana books as grandma books. year old grandson liked the story about the nana riding a pig. Wish there were as many nana books as grandma books
