Pretty good Sword & Sorcery tale. Disappointed in the seller's marketing decisions. T. Bagley I bought this book & within a few pages was completely engrossed in an old tale told well with enchanting characters and a good storyline. I had every intention of purchasing the next 2 books in the trilogyuntil I realized that this book is almost 300 pgs., but Book 2 is about 138 pgs & Book 3 is 179 pgs & each at $3.99. I do not buy short stories, (317 pgs. total) for $8.00. Before I begin another series, I will not just look @ cost, but content as well.. Jake's Big-Time Reviews said It's alright.. Jake bought the next one, he was interested enough to keep following the story-line.Female protagonist, you'll want to know what happens to here next and understand what her powers are.. chuck said Good book !. I really enjoyed the book the second time around! I reread it before I read the next one I the series.
