There is a lot of waffle, both with words but also with tables and graphs, ponting out pretty obvious stuff, many pages are half blank as a result of the tables and graphs, so all in all very skimpy work.The least I would expect is a cd with some Excel code. Mr. Augen is living on his laurels and getting lazy.
