I love the concept of the Magic globe and the graphics were great without overwhelming the book as some children's books can. I also really enjoyed how the author was able to make a child's life in China relatable to my own children. What a gr. "Love this book!" according to sharon costin. Love this book! Bought it for my nephew whose name happens to be Michael, and having so much fun reading it. Feel like he is learning something new in an exciting way. Great debut novel..
