The book is very thorough and takes you step-by-step through the history of the US Postal System, shows you how mail is processed, and reviews hardware and software which is necessary to begin your own business. It also inc. "Looking for this book" according to A Customer. I have not been able to find this book due to the fact that it is no longer in print.
