"Ling & Ting: Funny and clever" according to Sour Beans. We have read both "Ling & Ting: Twice as Silly" and "Ling & Ting: Not Exactly the Same." My sons are first-graders (twins also) and find these books hilarious. They like me to read to them but can also read these books themselves. Both books are very charming and funny and just clever. I, as an adult, enjoy them as much as my kids do. Each chapter is its own little story that e. Clever overview of previous stories! This is a clever right-after-learning-the-basics easy reading book. I especially like the way all the stories come together in the final chapter. My students are delighted to notice all the references to early stories, which means—they're thinking!
