Well written and touching story! I could not put this book down from beginning to end! This book I found very meaningful and helpful because it tells the story of a family who survived the Joplin tornado in 2011. What I found especially meaningful is the fact that it is written in a personal level that shows the whole family's reaction to the storm, how they survived and then moving on and starting over. The Tornado happened a couple of years ago - but the affects will last a lifetime. Most of Joplin is still trying to get their feet back under them. Hopefully this will bring a little spotlight to the city and help the long trickling recovery acts. The book was well written and true to facts. Nicely
