An excellent book Brian I was instructed to do kegels in order to regain continence. I did kegels for four months and had very little positive results. If a definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome then doing nothing but kegels based on my experience is insane. My wife and I searched the Internet looking for a solution and fortunate for me my wife found Vanita Gaglani's book. I followed the instr. Noticed an immediate improvement John I started reading this 4 weeks after my prostatectomy. My doctor recommended doing Kegels 3x per day but it did little and I had essentially no control before I started reading this book. I noticed an improvement the first day I started following the recommendations in this book. After doing the recommended exercises for 8 more weeks I've had continued improvement. Although I'm not completely dry yet its much better and more . Chairfisher said Life-changing advice that helped me get back to normal. I strongly recommend this book.
