I read this and used this to guide me in how I structure my leases, handle evictions, etc, etc, etc. I learned how much security deposit you can ask for and how long you can keep it and other little nuggets of knowledge from this book. I have used this book ensure that I abide by the rule of law and to help tenants out when they have had issues with other landlords. I don't have any patience for shady operators who try to take advantage of. and this was a book I stumbled upon along the way.
