"5 1/2 year old daughter LOVED this book" according to Anna P.. I bought this book at a book fair at my daughter's school. We both really looked forward to reading a chapter of this book each night. At bedtime, she would jump into bed and smile as she listened intently to the story. It was very well written and my daughter really identified with the little girl in the story. We also would talk about the story and make guesses about what would happen in the next chapter, or she would tell me times she felt the same way as the main character. It made her very excited about the world of "big girl" (. 8 year old loves them!
