Liza O said disappointing. I dove in thinking this would be on par with D. Gabladon or L. Kinsale. Smart females and equally smart men with a tale of adventure and finding love. I was so wrong! She is not happy with her marriage for her entire life! This is not how I want to spend my readi. Where's the sequal to this excellent book? A Customer I adored this book up until the ending. Like other reviewer's comments there was no real closure. This did not bother me because the factual history of the Duke and Duchess is rather disappointing and not at all in harmony with the potential for love this author . S. Richards said Scotophiles! You'll love this book!. For some reason I put off reading this book for months, but then started it and couldn't put it down. The story is compelling and the details make it fun. Excellent writing!
