Not so much because of the answers to interview questions they provide, which are actually also pretty good by the way, but more so for preparing you for the type of questions and the diversity of questions that you may face in an interview.If you have not been to an interview in a while, then it is worth buying for that reason alone.. Great tips J-Sav I think this book is excellent. It gives great suggestions on how to answer the toughest interview questions. I also like how it's set up like index cards - very easy to follow and room to write in your own responses.. Basis for my interview prep This is a great source for interview prep. The questions are behavior based. The format is questions on 1 side, suggested answers or approach to respond on the back side of each page. My objective was to find current behavioral based questions to review and develop responses to - this book hit the mark. I've used it numerous times as the basis for prep and I've secured the job each time. For those interviewing, the other key component of preparation is development of PAR statements (google it).
