Four Stars Interesting and he share fighting techniques.. "Gives himself WAY too much credit" according to A Customer. The first half of this book reads like a sixth grade book report. There are many contradictions of his opinions of the people he has fought and takes FAR TOO MUCH credit for a not so illustrious NHB career. This is a book that just strokes Shamrock's ego.
