DESCRIPTION:
The grim and gruesome don’t frighten her; she’ll take on a cyclops or a dragon and not even break a sweat. It is a stand-alone novella, the first in a series of adventures that follow Melusine on her quest to rid the world of monsters…and her struggle to come to terms with every monstrous facet of herself.. Melusine realizes she is in danger of something much more horrifying than facing blood-thirsty beasts – she’s in danger of falling in love. Set in the muddy streets of 1850s steampunk Chicago, Immersed by Katie Hay
Snobby Reader Approved! Lilac Cottage This snobby reader loved this book! Highly entertaining, steady paced, well described without nonsense fluff content, excellent story line and well written. The characters were fun, relate-able and enjoyable. The twists where well placed keeping me interested with each turn. I am the type of reader who can get easily bored, frustrated with poor writing technique and story lines. I finished this story very fast in fact, didn't want to put it down. I purch. Four Stars Dale-Anna Cryan I enjoyed this series of books. It was a mix of steampunk and fantasy.. "Five Stars" according to Barbara Fowler. Good book
