Great book, no association with auther or publisher TypeA I recently became interested in the laundromat business. This was a newer book, with no reviews, but i gave it a shotvery satisfied, well thought out informative book. Author has some humor which is cool. I took about two pages of notes from the book that i intend to use in my business plan. Note i have spent 2-3 weeks of researching about business ideas, and this book seemed to just give me that extra little nugget i was looking forA quick read and def worth the money. Good, not great Brian M I purchased this book after some extensive laundromat purchase information of my own. The book did a good job of organizing my thoughts, and I was able to take a few nuggets of information from it. However, the most important chapter regarding valuation has references to spreadsheets that the author sells on his website for $60! It even shows images of the spreadsheets that he is talking about. The book is pricey as it is for 124 small paperback pages. These spreadsheets should come free with the purchase of the book, not be mentioned at all, or downloadable for free or a much. Excellent information, but shouldn't have skimped on an editor Kansai02 I was thoroughly impressed by Mr. Lombardi's simple, matter-of-fact manner in explaining the ins and outs of the coin laundry business. I would heartily recommend this book to someone getting started in the business, for it would allow one to avoid many of the mistakes the typical "go-it-alone" entrepreneur makes. Excellent analysis without the fluff. 120-odd pages and a very easy read. You could get through it in an hour, but it's meant to be used and considered as you read.
