I was excited to receiving this book in hope that I could get a head start on practicing the biomagnetism before going to the class- unfortunately, unless you have been to the classes and really understand the practice already, you will most likely be disappointed. The English translation is difficult to follow, the book is not in order sequentially or alphabetically and it really doesn't explain how to do the procedure. Probably best to start with a class first and use this for reference
