"Loved the book - but service was lacking" according to D. numanga. I loved the book. Actually I purchased this book for the 9 year old daughter to give her ideas to fix her hair. She really got into the book and the instructions were easy enough for her to follow. Also the pictures helped her along. Now she is trying new hair styles on her own. So the book was a deffinate hit. The only problem I had was with the service. It took almost a month for us to receive this item. I ordered things on the same day or close to it and received those items in about a week - two at the most. Ultimate hair Book!! Oh my gosh this is the best hair book in the world!!! I could never do anything with my hair because it is wavy and frizzy. But this book has plenty of styles formulated for my hair type. I highly recommend this book!
