"LIKE TAKING A GLASS CLASS! Many questions answered!" according to Christine Thomas. I have the other famous warm glass book, but this told me much more! It was like taking an involved class. I enjoyed it so much that when I finished I missed the book. I have a much deeper understanding of what the glass does in different stages of cooling and heating up. I'm new at this and my first firings had things going on which other teachers couldn't tell me about. This book covered all those idiosyncrasies. The author knows her stuff, and can communicat. If you need some clear understanding of glass fusion this is the book. David C. Evans The author has excellent examples and clear photos of the fusion process. How to and what not to do are well advised and very well thought out.
