"LIKE TAKING A GLASS CLASS! Many questions answered!" according to Christine Thomas. I have the other famous warm glass book, but this told me much more! It was like taking an involved class. I enjoyed it so much that when I finished I missed the book. I have a much deeper understanding of what the glass does in different stages of cooling and heating up. I'm new at this and my first firings had things going on which other teachers couldn't tell me about. This book covered all those idiosyncrasies. The author knows her stuff, and can communicat.
