"It's Good to Have This Team Back" according to Pop Bop. Henry Winkler and Lin Oliver were the creative forces behind the recently concluded Hank Zipzer series. That was a tremendously entertaining and engaging series; I'd recommend that you take a look at some of the Zipzer books if you aren't familiar with them. The Ghost Buddy series stars a whole new set of characters, and has an entirely distinct framing story. Billy Broccoli has his own personal ghost, Hoover Porterhouse, and the two of them have adventures, get in trouble, solve problems, and generally work together, or at cross purposes, to help Billy get through school, family life, and life in general. This premise may be as old a. 11 year old liked the series 11 year old really liked the story, He read almost every book in the series and said it was good.. "Another Hit for the Team!" according to Steve Fey. The team of Winkler and Oliver, I mean. The third installment continues the adventures of our hapless hero and his ghostly companion. Would it surprise you to learn that Hoover is in trouble again? Nah, didn't think so.
