DESCRIPTION:

"Book SAVED my life" according to Derek Davis. I would rate 6 stars if I could!I recently had a falling out with my previous technical co-founder and am in the process of starting a new venture and became instantly worried about the equity split. When I read this book, it instantly felt like something I've wanted this entire time but was unable to articulate - its crazy how it literally read my mind. I literally read both books: Slicing Pie and Fair & Square in under 8 hours because I was so completely transposed on it.. Mark Greer said Fair and Ethical Theme. I definitely appreciate the fair and ethical theme throughout the book. Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's fair - couldn't agree more. I've been using a crude floating equity log with a partner, but this fills in some major flaws, and most importantly, it has made it easier for me to convince my partner That we need a more fair method of equity assignment.. Worth the read but you're going to want the full version Bill Better to buy the full version of slicing pie. This is a cliff notes summary so I ended up reading this and then ordering a 6 pack of the complete book. Net effect is a two week delay in my getting to the beef. Great content, just delays getting to the main course.
