Waste of money J. S. This book touches on a few things that COULD have been helpful, but never goes deep enough to be worthwhile. The whole section on cross-training, for example, is essentially just: "Cross-training is important. You should take stairs when you're at work." Chapters are usually only 2-3 pages long,. "Fun Book ^_^" according to Jennifer. I really enjoyed reading this book. I'm glad I didn't let the negative comments take away from the good. The language in the book made me think of quite a few girls I know so I wasn't bothered. I definately wish it was longer, but mostly because I was sad when I finished. It touches on key point.
