Devil's Cut review I recently read Devil's Cut by Chris M. Williams. Devil's Cut is a quick reading fantasy novel of about 250 pages. It is the beginning novel in Order of the Rod be a series by the author . It is more of a general audience novel than the fantasy books I typically read, so not as immersive as Guy Gavriel Kay or J R R Tolkien. Devil's Cut introduces us to Ryale, a devoted father and modern day cooper. Ryale's barrel making lineage and young daughter Elizabeth are the only guideposts he needs to traverse th. "HIghly recommend!" according to Kimmiecb. Wow! I loved this! The edge-of-your-seat adventure kept me going the entire read. I can't wait to see more from this author!. Amazing book! I absolutely LOVED this book. Once I picked it up I could not put it down. I loved Ryale's character and his adventure had me on the edge of my seat. It really made me think a lot about life after death and what will be waiting for us on the other side. Chris Williams is a great author, and I am so excited to see what he will do next. Hopefully book number 2 will be coming out soon! I can't wait to see where Ryale's journey will take him!
