My six and seven year old boys have finished their story Bibles, and I thought this would be too dry for them, but decided to give it a try anyway. Surprisingly, they love it, and when I tried to go back to the story Bible they objected strongly, wanting to go back to the "day-by-day". However, I was disappointed that a Bible marketed to 7-10 year olds includes . SEX?????!!!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! Remember, this bible is made for children 7-10.This bible is great! But I was shocked to see it having passages about "sex". Yes, they use the word "sex". I find that inappropriate for a bible that is made for children. The other bibles I purchased for my kids use words such as "lay with" but I was very suprised to see the work "sex" in a children's bible. (I re. I had the Beginner's Bible when I was little and loved it dearly and since this book is written by Amazon Customer I was very excited to buy this Bible for my daughter.
