The ideas on critical question mapping and A-Lean ideas for making any organization more effective I read Dr. Terry Barnhart's book "Creating a Lean R&D System: Lean Principles and Approaches for Pharmaceutical and Researched Based Organizations" and was struck by the books ideas and how although written with his own industry in mind, I quickly discovered the books content and principles fit into many professions looking to develop problem solvers and innovators.
