If you are having trouble with a grudge, small or large, in your life, take an hour or two and read this short book--it is a well-written guide with pragmatic steps about how to forgive. It is heavily laced with diverse quotes and strategies from leaders, psychologists, clergy and more. Everyone has had a grudge.
