I have a number of books on the subject of botanical illustration and all have some excellent information but if I had to limit Karen W The book says it is a "practical introduction" and it is exactly that. The instructions for each lesson are detailed and clear. Perhaps more importantly the guidelines for critiquing what you have done are equally helpful.
