Overall good, wish it didnt include use of machines Luna92 Overall its a good book and I would recommend it for a beginner. My only complaint is that some muscle groups only have machine exercises. So if you dont have access to those machines in your gym, you're out of luck. Can't give it 5 stars considering that one flaw, but if you're new to working out it's a good purchase..
