Good information but not ideal if you are trying to stay away from negative stuff I like the book and the principle that it is build on - I was hoping for more information on the topic - i.e. Birth & Sex: The Power and the Passion. Instead it goes through a lot of history and a lot of current practices that are applied during birthing. I am pregnant currently and was trying to stay away from this side totally as I wanted to fill my mind only with the positive side of giving birth.. Four Stars Wish I had known this in my 20's.
