A Critical Book for Non-Profit Leaders I found this book particularly relevant because I've spent over 20 years in the for-profit world and only 3 in the non-profit world. The author points out many of the challenges, opportunities and similarities of each. I believe both industries have much to learn from one another and each could provide more value to society by investing some time doing so. This book does an extraordinary job of doing that.
