Great collection. Margaret I loved reading these Six Short Stories. It's great seeing the life and struggles of the early settlers. Beautifully written. Leaves you wanting more.. Love it As always I cannot say enough about this series of books. I love the time period and the characters in all of the books.. Jean Farmer said Great follow up. Great shorts that expand upon the Backwards to Oregon characters. I really enjoyed them all. Jae is a great writer who really does her research so the characters and the world she creates is very realistic and let's you really fall into the story full force. If you enjoyed the first book you should enjoy this series of shorts.
