I am adult violin student and have had challenges with rhythm for a long time. Even with the help of my teachers, nothing seemed to work for me until I found this book. I practiced counting and tapping along with the CDs and I finally get it. My suggestion is to follow the instructions exactly i.e. don't advance to the next exercise until you master the current one. The book is worth every penny and I highly recommend it especially if you have rhythmic challenges as I have.
