Also, I expected carb counts or nutritional info for each recipe. The recipes look good just not low carb.. donnars51 said Nice for beginners. This is good for a beginner almond flour baker. Simple and easy to use recipes. Because I am an avid home chef I tweaked most of the recipes knowing the improvement my adjustments would make.
