Angeltobe said Roller Coster Ride From Beginning To End. The author brought out all these little tidbits that stuck in the back of your mind and made you wonder when they would pop back out. And of course not until you least expected them too. And you keep thinking it's going to end a certain way and amazingly she surprises you and nothing turns out as you would think it will in the last few chapters. Kudos HannahHolborn a new favorite writer read this one in one day!. This is a beautifully balanced book Joan B. This is a beautifully balanced book, each chapter equally weighted in suspense, visualization, character study, and plot. Maintained my interest. Though the characters were each flawed, the author added just enough background to give the reader a reason to feel compassion toward even the worst of them. Characters seemed authentic. I've read over 60 books in this genre this summer and could count on one hand any worth remembering. I'll remember this one.. Alice Murphy said What a ride!!. I chose this rating because this book is so well written. You feel for every character in the story. Hannah really hits the nail on the head with her portrayal of some of the children. I look forward to reading more from this author. Don't bypass this book.
